  • WHERE IS MY PHYSICAL PRODUCT (T-SHIRT, CD, ETC.) ORDER?
    Please allow for 2 weeks for shipping of your merchandise orders within the United States and 4 weeks for international orders. If one or more items from your order are out of stock, or if an item that you ordered becomes discontinued prior to delivery, we will notify you via e-mail. If an item is backordered, you have the option of holding your entire order until the backordered item arrives, or you can request a credit for the back ordered item and have the rest of your order shipped. If more than 2 weeks has passed since your order or you have a different shipping issue then e-mail playarabbitmusic@gmail.com with your NAME, ORDER NUMBER and ISSUE.
  • CAN I ORDER MULTIPLE ITEMS FROM THE STORE?
  • Yes! You can buy as many different CD.s or downloads as you want. Just keep adding those items to your cart and then .return to store. or .check out.. Once there are items in your cart you can still browse around the site. If you look in the top right corner of the page you should see your cart and be able to click there and finish your transaction.
  • HOW CAN I RETURN SOMETHING?
    PlayaRabbit.biz will only accept merchandise returns for any shipped item that is different from the item you ordered, or a different size than the size on your receipt (Ex. If you ordered a large shirt and received a medium then we will accept a return). This does not apply to any item ordered that you feel doesn't fit you the way you want it to, so please be sure about your size before you order. Returns are only valid for 30 days from purchase date and only for items that are unworn, unwashed, and in brand new condition. For non-wearable merchandise, PlayaRabbit.biz will not accept for return or exchange any packaged item after it has been opened. PlayaRabbit.biz will only accept returns for cds that were shipped in error and not the same as the cd ordered on your receipt. There are no refunds, returns/exchanges on digital downloads; all such sales are final. There may be a cancellation/return/exchange fee plus shipping and handling for all exchanges. PlayaRabbit.biz is not responsible for the cost of return shipping. Prior to returning any item, please contact playarabbitmusic@gmail.com for authorization.
